Woohoo! Our crew for the Panama Canal transit is all here! Lars’ son Mike arrived in the evening in time to take advantage of a refreshing dip in the pool. Ed and Lars had spent the day on a field trip with several other crews from the WARC visiting an Indian village, while Laura stayed behind on the boat and cooked and baked to get the meals ready for seven people on board during the transit. Everyone met at sundown for a few cooling moments in the marina pool and then sat down to a nice family dinner . After dinner we all had fun practicing knot tying. With high anticipation we look forward to the transit tomorrow on our Sweet Dream!
