Today Ed and Lars enjoyed the trip to the Embera Indian village and I stayed on the boat cooking. Brownies, cookies, muffins, lasagne, potatoes salad, green salad, chicken, beef, burger, you name it, I cooked it in preparation for the two day transit with seven people on board. Crazy cooking in 90 degree temperatures! Just thankful the wind was blowing pretty good, and we had time for a lovely dip in the pool before supper. Anticipation is high onboard and we have been practicing knot tying in the cockpit. Looking forward to getting going tomorrow on our Sweet Dreamimage1.
