Synopsis: A cold front continues to move e'ward across 30N/65W from a large gale across the N'rn Atlantic which is expected to continue moving ENE'ward and weakening. A large high pressure system is located over SE'rn New York with associated ridging extending SE'ward across Bermuda and the NE'rn Bahamas which is expected to persist through the 14th while strengthening. An area of low pressure is expected to develop near 40N/60W AM/14th which will develop a cold front extending SW'ward across the E'rn Bahamas. Several lows will develop along this front between PM/14th through AM/16th which will all move NE'ward while strengthening.

Conclusion:
Zone CC: Conditions will gradually improve across Zone CC over the next 48 hours as the fresh NE'lys that may gust into the upper 20s at times will gradually veer and ease into moderate SE'lys by the morning of the 14th. Swells will gradually lower to 5-7ft by the morning of the 14th and will remain long in period.

Zone FF: Conditions will be slightly favorable over the next 48 hours across Zone FF as the moderate to fresh NE'lys breezes that may produce gusts into the middle to upper 20s gradually veer to SE'lys by tomorrow evening and continue to through the morning of the 14th. Swells will gradually build to 6-8ft and will remain long in period.

Zone II: Conditions will remain generally favorable over the next 48 hours across Zone II as the moderate to fresh SE'lys that may produce gusts into the upper 20s slightly ease into moderate to fresh SE'lys that may produce gusts into the low to middle 20s by this afternoon. Swells will slightly build to 6-8ft by the morning of the 14th but will remain long in period.
