WX ARC Caribbean 1500 & ARC Bahamas 2017 07 Nov

Synopsis: Good day. A cold front that currently extends SW'ward from Newfoundland to Cape Hatteras will move E'ward and weaken by the 08th. An area of low pressure is forecast to develop near 37N/68W on the 08th and will rapidly strengthen into a gale while moving NE'ward to near 43N/52W by the 09th. A ridge of high pressure that currently extends W'ward from 30N/62W to 30N/75W will continue to persist over the next several days. 

Conclusion:
Zone AA: Conditions will worsen over the next 24 hours due to the aforementioned developing area of low pressure on the 08th. The moderate NE'lys will freshen into fresh NE'lys during this time. Winds may be locally higher at times while in straits or abeam capes due to the localized funneling of winds. Swells will also increase up to 8-10ft on the evening of the 08th but will remain moderate to long in period.
Zone BB: Conditions will be favorable for transit within Zone BB as gentle to moderate breezes will continue during the next couple of days. Swells will gradually increase to 4-6ft by the evening of the 08th and will remain long in period.
Zone CC: Conditions will be favorable for transit in Zone CC over the next couple of days as high pressure will continue to extend over this zone and minimize conditions. Gentle to moderate breezes with swells remaining under 5ft are expected.
Zone DD: Conditions will be favorable for transit in Zone DD over the next couple of days as high pressure will continue to extend over this zone and minimize conditions. Gentle to moderate breezes with swells remaining under 4ft are expected.
