Subject: Where is the wind?
It’s been a fickle 24 hrs for the Moonflowers; we caught 2 dorado for lunch, but both rudely declined the invitation, jumping off the line in favour of other plans at the last minute. Their loss though, as we had a delicious one pot curry, courtesy of Cate.
But our biggest bane is wind - or lack of. After a drawn-out shouting match with our sail yesterday evening, the wind stormed off in a huff and hasn’t returned since. We mounted a search party last night to find the wind, but despite a few teasing squalls,
we had been unsuccessful, slowing to a mind-numbing 1 Nott at times.
If anyone has seen our wind, please do get in touch. We miss it, our sail misses it, and we’d love it to return to us safely.
