Strong winds from northeasterly directions and big seas were the prevailing conditions during the last two days. Cookelu meu is handling it very well although last night we had a material failure. The pin holding the autopilot piston to its tiller arm parted and we had to heave to for 3 hours to replace it with a M12 bolt. We hope it will hold until St. Lucia.
Yesterday we baked our first loaf of bread but still no yogourt.
We are all well. We are still 1580 nm from the finish line.
