Adagio - Finally had to give in....

..and start the engine up. We thought we had a pretty good thing going! Winds were steady but not necessarily brisk, but we still managed a respectable 5-ish knots from the gennaker and the forecast looked like the winds would clock around and come more southerly so we could fly even more light air sails. But noooo ... glassy smooth water and the lightest whisper of a breeze and after about 3 hours we did the math and decided we'd like to get to Bermuda before August so we'd better motor for a while.

Funny things, these forecasts are always subject to change depending on actual conditions :)

Nevertheless, we've enjoyed a great ride up till this point and if you have to motor, it's best when the seas are a glassy smooth as they are for us right now.
