The wind finally picked up around 3am this morning and has been with us all day blowing a steady 15-20 knots and sometimes gusting to 25. Boat is progressing well but the choppy swells are throwing us around a bit and testing our core stability muscles
The Lunch challenge continues and Chef Anton produced a baked Chicken dish today which was enjoyed by all. A big challenge for João tomorrow
