Avventura - Log Day 17: Rovesci

Today, we had a fair amount of squalls. Squalls are a weather phenomenon every atlantic cruiser knows (and by now, we know them, too, however without fully understanding them yet).

Squalls are tropical rain showers (sometimes heavy rain, gore tex doesn't really stand a chance after maybe half an hour), with changing wind direction and forces (we had up to 6Bf, hence,no too strong).

An eventful day so far, that has brought us closer to St Lucia - about 600nm to go (600nm would be the direct route, therefore we'll sail somewhat more).

Position at 20:45 UTC (14:30.80N 50:39.84W)
