Abraxas 3 - Sailing as easy as possible towards St Lucia

We have two days now that we have sailed easy as possible with only a poled out jib, a small cutter sail and mainsail. The wind has been from northeast to east, so we have tried to to sail as directly as possibly towards west and St Lucia. But as the weather prognosis showed a light patch forming directly west yesterday we headed slightly southwest and only gybed onto starboard this morning.

According to the position reports our strategy has turned out quite well, and it looks like everyone have the same light winds so far.

Onboard we keep having excellent food for lunch and dinner, and in the burning sun we have to work hard to drink enough water and soft drinks to keep hydrated. Water temperature is at 26.5 C and down below there is a sweaty 34 C.
