PkBoo - PKBOO Log Day 12 & 13 - No tradewind, no fish, cooking some different

Hi friends of PkBoo.
Hope you are well. We have very, very light winds condition; so also our recruiting program for fishes as fall down together with the speed of the boat.
So, looking for new ideas, yesterday we explored new recipes: potatoe's pasticcio, eggs with truffle and a sort of mini cheesecake. Finally a Nespresso, what else?
Today we are trying to catch the wind with our friend parasailor, Bob, the speed doesn't increase more than 3 kts. Sigh!
Thanks to my friend Gianluca from Milan, who helps us with forecast; we are now sailing a bit southern to reach moderate wind, St Lucia direction. The crew hope to find it in the afternoon and hope you can join us in these pray at 17 UTC. Just in case we don't find, we are thinking to change the program in a kitchen masterclass; if someone is interested, call me on the sat phone. We still have table available for reservation. Naturally parking is free of charge.
