Faraway - Faraway log 3, N 34.47.39 W 008.08.08

We are sailing! We left Tanger on Sunday the 4th 10 am and we had a great first day. Constantly 15-20 knots of wind from the NW and clear skies. We used the first hours to position the sails and everything else on board. We started the watchsystem at 1 pm. As Machteld is not with us on this leg we are with only 4 and each shift is 4 hours: 2 hours of driving followed by 2 hours of standby. Thereafter 4 hours without duties. The stars were amazing last night. Sea state: bumpy!
