Ed the Iguana sails with Lise on Nostra Vida

Ed the Iguana decided to sail with Lise Thorsen onboard her family's Beneteau First 40CR Nostra Vida (NOR) because of all of the wonderful things that Lise promised he could do onboard. These included:
opening the advent calendar
going to a birthday party
sailing on a boat full of people who love him
seeing lots of dolphins
playing guitar
having stories read to him
sleeping in a comfortable bed
sailing with experienced sailors
singing songs
climbing the mast
and sitting under an umbrella in squalls
Even better, Lise has been to the Galapagos, so knows what iguana like to do best (sun bathng mainly!).
Read the blogs from Nostra Vida http://www.worldcruising.com/arc/dailylogs.aspx?EIValue1=9150 to find out what is happening onboard for Ed and the Thorsen family.
From the picture it looks like Ed is having a great time - Lise has him tucked up in his own red blanket and he is sitting on comfortable cockpit cushions rather than hard rocks. The winch is close-by, so hopefully Ed has been helping out onboard too.
This is the second year in a row that Ed has chosen to sail with a Norwegian family - last year he sailed on Sprelsk.
