Amokura - Amokura Day 6

Dolphins, and Downpours, and Lightening oh my.

The last 2 days have a rollercoaster.

Yesterday, we slowly worked our way out of the dead zones and got 14-20 knots of wind to continue on course.
In the distance a rainbow.
And, at the end of the day, we caught a 10 lb tuna. And had about a 1/2 hour visit with a pod of dolphins off the bow.
Tried to get the go-pro on a hook under the water. Still awaiting results.

Today, constant rain, shifting winds, recalibrations and course corrections and sail configurations.
Just constant overcast, grey and dull.
Then one remembers that we are crossing the Atlantic. And the rain does help wash the boat.

No wind.
A holding pattern.
Then we sail once again.
Hunting for trade winds.

Wail. Dolphins just swam by the window.

Later.
