EH01 - blog

Hi all from EH01! The last few days have seen us flying along at a pretty  steady 9 knots over the ground. The weather has left much to be desired  though as there has been squall after squall coming through pushing the wind  up to 40 knots at times! This coupled with the moonrise getting later and later has made for some pretty interesting, and wet early evening rides! More fish have been caught and the dining has been fine, a whole assortment of meals have been prepared with our Dorade including sushi, baked fillet, grilled fillet, and fish soup. All have gone down an absolute treat! The wind has veered into the South East and we are now on a nice beam reach point of sail. The forecast is looking much the same for the next few days, however there is looking like there will be a bit of a hole developing which will take some careful monitoring over the next few days to make it past in the fastest way possible.

That's it for now, life is going on much the same here, sleeping, eating and being on deck in the sun, or the rain as the case may be!

Ciao from Matt, Gareth, Vadim, Sergey, Max, Denis, Vitally and Nikolay
