Firefly - Just about half way there

The wind has today come round to the North, so at last we can set a course straight for Antigua. Beating over the last few days has added about 100 miles to our trip, so we are now about halfway to Antigua and those Rum punches.
The sun is shining, and we are experiencing the other side of this life!
Fresh meat and salad has now all been used up, as well as most of our vegetables. We still have quite a few citrus fruit though, so we should keep scurvy at bay! A fresh grapefruit for breakfast in the middle of the Atlantic is a delight. Also the yoghurt maker is working well so if you don't like grapefruit try muesli with yoghurt. Murray cooked the first mainly tinned meal last night. A tuna and pasta bake, which went down well. We haven't tried fishing, as we are concerned that the line could get tangled with the towed generator. Every time we haul the generator propeller in we wonder whether we might have caught something, but nothing yet except a large sheet of plastic, we have stowed to recycle properly in Antigua!
