GOOD DAY. WRI HAS DETECTED A DEVELOPING TROPICAL LOW AT 21/09Z, SUBTROPICAL LOW
#1 WAS CENTERED NEAR 24.2N 53.0W (APPROXIMATELY 800 NAUTICAL MILES SOUTHEAST OF
BERMUDA, MOVING NNE'WARD AT 02KTS, WITH MAXWINDS 20-30KTS.

SUBTROPICAL LOW #1 HAD BECOME BETTER ORGANIZED OVER THE PAST 24 HOURS, AND
CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OVER THE NEXT 3 DAYS.
SUBTROPICAL LOW #1 WILL TURN NE'WARD OVER THE NEXT 36 HOURS, FOLLOWED BY AN
E-ESE'WARD TURN IN LATER PERIODS.

SYSTEM HAS POTENTIAL TO BE CLASSIFIED AS A TROPICAL DEPRESSION OR TROPICAL
STORM WITHIN THE NEXT 1-2 DAYS. WRI WILL CONTINUE TO MONITOR AND KEEP YOU
UPDATED ON THE PROGRESS.

SUBTROPICAL LOW #1 CONTINUES TO NOT POSE A DIRECT THREAT TO THE ARC CARIBBEAN
1500 RALLY, THOUGH WILL CONTINUE TO GENERATE ENHANCED NE'LY SWELLS THAT WILL
AFFECT ADJACENT WATERS BETWEEN 55W-70W, FROM BERMUDA S'WARD TO PUERTO RICO
THROUGH TOMORROW.

OTHERWISE, BROAD RIDGING EXTENDS SW'WARD FROM THE E'RN CARIBBEAN N'WARD TO
FLORIDA FROM A HIGH PRESSURE CENTERED MID-OCEAN NEAR 40N/40W. RIDGING WILL
RETREAT SOMEWHAT THROUGH TOMORROW AS THE HIGH CENTER MOVES FURTHER E'WARD.
RIDGING WILL THEN BRIEFLY BE REINFORCED ON THE 23RD AS A NEW AREA OF HIGH
PRESSURE BUILDS OUT OF THE GULF OF MAINE, BUT WILL BREAK DOWN ONCE AGAIN AS A
POTENT COLD FRONT MOVES E'WARD OFF THE EAST COAST U.S LATE ON THE 23RD AND OVER
ADJACENT WATERS WEST OF 60W ON THE MORNING OF THE 24TH, THEN CONTINUING E'WARD
THROUGH MID-OCEAN.  BROAD AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD FROM THE CAROLINAS
ON THE 25TH.
