Luna Quest - Saturday, 4th April, 2015

Noon Position: 11.54S 144.05W

Daily run: 125 miles

Last night we witnessed a near full moon eclipse in a cloudless sky and lightening beyond the northern horizon. We stayed out to watch the phenomena and a very Milky Way for some time while Luna Quest was speeding along at 6 knots. Hauling in a light weight sail, I caused a rip in the sail of several yards. It is an old sail and we wonder whether it is reparable or needs replacing. We are looking forward to getting to Tahiti.
