Glorious sail yesterday - 1 reef in the main - poled out genoa (most others opted for jib alone). Blue sky and blue sea big seas, average speed 8.26 knots, max over 12. Round the cape the winds gusted to 38 kn - had to reef the genoa and fortunately seas became smoother. Rest day today - really needed and off to Sines tomorrow.
