Just as we were prepping to leave Ahe to go to Takaroa, in came Glamarous Gallah and Bronwyn. So of course we will stay for a few more hours to offer hospitality and catch up with the news. It is 1330 hours and we plan to move through the pass into the ocean around 1700 when slack water is due.
It is Saturday, 7 April and the kids on the atoll (58 of them) have been on an Easter Egg hunt this morning. This we learned from talking to the local school teacher!
