We are happy to be moving directly towards Tortola now. We had several days of no wind followed by several days of wind from the wrong direction. Now we are moving at 5 to 6 knots with the wind on the back quarter of our port side. It's cloudy and warm. Everyone on board is feeling fine. It's often quiet on board because we are resting in between watches.
This morning Julio woke up and told us he was attacked by pasta during the night. A bag of noodles had fallen out of a locker into his bunk while he was sleeping! Last night for dinner we had Chicken Pot Pie, another good recipe idea from Julie Palm in her provisioning information. Tonight we will be eating fresh fish, we just landed a 5 pound Mahi Mahi.
