Silver Slipper now has an AIS transponder. New requirements
for ARC 2013 meant that we had to install a transponder after fitting a receiver
last year (ARC 2012 requirement). Well it’s taken some time and fiddling with
Serial to USB connections but we are now up and running. (If you have a problem
with this, contact I as it have taken hours of research to solve the connection
issue).
The world can now find us, anytime, anywhere, anyplace. Oh dear.
