--Last Tango in Paris / Last Fanta in the Atlantic
Dont worry Marlon Brando isn't after us with a pound of butter, it's worse, we are getting to that point in every seafarers life that he dreads the most. The last Fanta in the fridge!
There is still plenty of booze aboard and I for one intend leaving the boat dry.The Jamesom's could be a problem especially after being practically dry for so long.

Well to the sailing situation it was looking so good on Friday 13th then the lazy jacks gave way and we removed what was left of them. Then the great storm of Friday 13th, more like Saturday 14th came in.

it was on my watch of course when I was hit by 6 squalls in 3 hours on the midnight til 3. I woke the fellas up about 2.30 and it got worse until it was just one continuous storm. The waves were about the same size as the trough between the top of either end of Langley Vale road. No sleep but worse we lost 2 cars and one slug from the Main sail. We decided that rather than try and fix it in the storm and die we would wait for any slight calm and at least get the sail down and lashed. We eventually did just that but we haven't been able to fix the main sail as the sea state has remained very rough ever since with 25-30 knot winds. That leaves us with our trusty Jib which is performing admirably as we push towards St. Lucia, about 320 miles to go.We know there will be more surprises but we are looking forward to seeing land and getting smashed.

PS - Girls you've probably all moved on and found new Beaus by now but hang on in there we might still make it.
