Made good progress today as good trade wind and blue skies. The great boat cook off is going well and Nick is going through to the next round having cooked the fish we caught yesterday and it was yummy- we just don't know what it was ! Must get that book on fish. More flying fish on the boat yesterday but they are tiddlers and difficult to keep in the pan.
