Moondancer - a slow day (again)

No wind again yesterday. Spent the day fixing the bits and bobs that catering keeps braking. I might as well walk behind him with my tool box under my arm. Yesterday had to reattach the cover over the ignition switch that catering kick off the day before. When reporting the breakage, catering said a monkey could fix it and that’s why he’d thought of me.
Catering excelled in the kitchen to be fair yesterday, rib eye steak, chips and peas…all the talk before we left Las Palmas was on how much weight we would lose, if catering keeps this standard up I’m not sure any weight loss will be achieved.
Fishing stepped up the plate today, landing what must be the smallest Dorado swimming in the sea. The lure was the same size, greedy with beggar. Paul (management) showed his killer instinct requesting with some vigour we return the fish to the sea urgently, Catering was standing behind management (with a crazy look in his eye) ready to dispatch him the with the mallet, the fish that is. A little later we had another bite with the reel screaming as line was being taking off at an alarming rate. With the rod now in my hands the size of this fish became apparent; it was clearly the big daddy of the bubba we’d caught earlier. With 250m of line out the fish stopped running and the line went a little slack, I wound on as quickly as I could but the fish jumps out of the sea and with one flick of his head snaps the line. The size of the fish was discussed at great length with a cold beer watching the sun go down. It's all go!
