Seven miles. That's how many miles we've sailed today. And it's quite frustrating.
We've seen a couple of sailing yachts today passing by, motoring obviously, and we sopke to them for a while on the VHF. They were on their way to the Caribbean as well and were quite surprised when we told them we were on the ARC to find us here, so far ahead. Then they passed by us, motoring steady at 6 knots. And we rolled and our sails fluffed all day.We went for a swim too. And we could swim faster than Berenice was moving through the water. A couple of days ago we logged 323 miles in 24 hours, and that was a boat's record and a record for everyone on board... today we've sailed 7... and that's a record too! I think we've never wished a squall would passed just on top of us so much as right now, but we would grab any breeze you give us right now.
