Hello All,
We are in Las Palmas, 7 days to go, two ladies and three crew present and correct? George, Harry and Ben went home yesterday having guided the yacht safely from Lanzarote overnight, caught a 15lb Tuna and delivered the older members to the start line!
William B & Richard have been here since Wed and seem to know all the people in all the bars so we don’t have to guess how much work has been done! Karen and Anne have brought reinforcements (William M and Charlie) to sort them out and we have made a good start.
Charlie is under close guidance in the galley and seems to be responding well to training. He has received a nice new apron from the departing boys which he is looking forward to sporting around town later in the week!
Things to do so must go for now.
