Yesterday we went on a whirlwind tour of Bali, which included visits to
a silversmith at Celuk
a woodcarver at Mas
Goa Gajah (elephant cave) temple
a restaurant overlooking the volcano Mt Batur
plantation gardens (where they showed how to make coffee from civet pooh)
Holy Springs temple
rice terraces
Sangeh monkey forest.
Andrea picked up a silver necklace at Celuk to add to her growing collection of necklaces from around the world.
Karsten and Sheila (Gunvor XL) bought us a glitter ball from one of the craft shops by the rice terraces, so now Anastasia can be a true party boat.
I got attacked by some monkeys (my fault) and bitten on the leg and shoulder, but fortunately only one drew blood and so far there is no sign of infection.
