The passage to Australia is going much faster than we anticipated based on the weather forecast, we now expect to reach the offshore "finish line" for this leg Wednesday afternoon and then complete the passage through the Great Barrier Reef to Mackay by dawn Thursday. The stronger winds have brought higher seas and once again we have several crew members suffering from mild-to-moderate cases of sea sickness. This has impacted our plans to arrive in Australia with little or no food on board because Australia has very strict regulations on bringing most any types of food into the country. We will likely be forced to throw away food items which will not be permitted and which Lew's appetite could not devour!
