Pre dawn dash was awarded with a splendid red sky as the sun rose.
Sailing was motoring for 3 hours followed by 6 hours beating. Got into Povoa de Varzim very tired.
Today visited Porto saw the city, toured Taylor's port facility and the samples. great lunch out in Porto.
Tomorrow off to Figueira da Foz a 75nm hop down the coast (leg 3). Forecast is for light following winds - fingers crossed. Later in the week more head winds! Locals are complaining about the very unusual weather.
