Sookie - Leg 2 Day 10 Engine off and back to the Elements

Oops almost forgot .  Well I did forget to mention we caught another fish yesterday and we wanted to weigh this one but had no scales. So Andy and I formulated a novel way of weighing it with boat hook, buckets, string and sea water by volume managed to make a balance . Not easy when you are rolling around on a sailing boat.  Any how our catch was a ten pound Albacore.  Feisty little so an so he was too.
Today
At last the wind has returned an we are back under sail for the homeward stretch.  The following wing wind has us sailing with the main and cruising chute at around 9 knots.  We have seen and passed a few yachts travelling in the same direction as us but we don't believe they are ARC yachts.  It looks like the marina is going to be a very busy place and rather crowded.  We are desperately looking to see some whales to add to the glimpse a few days ago but have had the usual visit or two from dolphins.  It has been a clear day and  a beautiful clear starry night. and we can see the glow of the lights of the island Faial on the horizon as we are constantly checking our plotter's  ETA for us early tomorrow morning.
