Talisman LII - Day 4
We did get through the turbulent waters & found the SE winds at 4 AM. It didn't take long to start sailing & have been enjoying the best sailing of the trip to date doing 7.5 to 8.5 knots for the last 10 hrs. Hopefully this will continue for the duration. We have been adjusting to the sleeping patterns quite well & getting enough rest on 3 hr. intervals. This must catch up at some point but so far all is ok.
