Purrr-fect - Log Day 2 - Electical - Computer Triumphs!
After an exciting start we are moving along, mostly under power as the wind is very light and on our nose. The weather has been fair (not good for sailing, but great for beautiful sunsets / sunrises and quiet motoring) and the sea so calm it is like glass (we have considered water skiing on it). Have plenty of fuel on board thanks to Dave rigging three external fuel tanks. Also making our own water and solar provides lots of power for us. All in all it is good here and all are feeling purrrfect so far. Linda has been baking great meals and even cookies for captain and crew.
Dave keeps moving from "job to job" keeping our systems going. The most recent was getting the electrical and computer issues resolved so that we can now utilize this sail-mail system to post blogs, send emails, get weather reports, etc., allowing us to feel a bit more connected to the rest of the world.
