The ARC departs from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and crosses to Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia on the following dates:
ARC 2012 25 November
ARC 2013 24 November
Yachts need to be in Las Palmas no later than one week before the start. This is so that the mandatory safety equipment inspection can be made, plus there is a great programme of events to join.
The ARC prize giving takes place in Saint Lucia about 4 weeks after the start, to give all yachts and crews the opportunity to participate. The date for the ARC 2012 prize giving is Saturday 22 December
A full programme of events takes place in Las Palmas in the two weeks before the start of the ARC. There are parties and seminars in Saint Lucia, culminating with the ARC prize giving.
